Are you a cat whisperer?
Researchers from University Of Guelph in Ontario found women with veterinary experience were better at recognizing cats expressions. The study took more than 6300 people from 85 different countering and most of the participant found the test challenging. Only 13 percent of the participants performed well and were unofficially dubbed to be “cat whisperers”
The only previous research on reading cats faces were focused on expressions of pain. This is the first to asses a wider range of emotions in animals including fear, frustration, as well as positive emotions.
So what do you think, are you part of the 13 percent?
