We work SO dang hard to keep all of those naughty little addictions we fall prey to at bay; smoking, drinking, too much sugar, caffeine, drugs, gossip...you name it, and there’s probably a 12 step program for it.
But what about those addictions we develop to low vibes & living that #victimlife ?? When you change your thought patterns 💭 your words will follow, you’ll start ditching the rain clouds ⛈ you’ve allowed to follow you along the way while commiserating over your laundry list 🧺 of problems, & you’ll start collecting others also riding that #highvibe wave 🌊! You’ll catch an #attitudeofgratitude and well, there’s science behind what happens then. Even @oprah believes in the concept. So what do you have to lose?? 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
Next time you start to feel that proverbial #wordvomit (aka negative thought, a complaint, a #judgy statement, self abuse, etc.) form, force out a simple “I’m grateful for...”’statement instead. Even if you only say it to yourself, the impact will be lasting. #justdoit #mindset #beastmode
