⏰ Wake up, and even if that dread, regret or overwhelm starts to slip in, actively think of 3 things you are grateful for. Your mind can’t focus on both. And it can be simple like:
🔅“I’m grateful that I had a great sleep.”
🔅“I’m grateful that I have clean water to drink this morning.”
🔅“I’m grateful I get to see a friend today.”
Like anything new, it can be hard to remember and implement at first, but this adjustment has made a huge difference for myself and those who I work with. ❤️Gratitude (although a buzz word I know😉) is a truly powerful tool.
